If the Front Power button of your TactSuit Pro is no longer responding but the Back Power button still works, the issue may be caused by the Button Lock feature.
The Button Lock feature in bHaptics Player allows you to disable the front button to prevent accidental actions, such as turning off the device or unintentionally adjusting intensity during gameplay.
When Button Lock is enabled, the front button will not function until you change the setting again in the bHaptics Player.
How to Check and Fix It
Open bHaptics Player on your PC.
Make sure your TactSuit Pro is paired.Go to the Device tab.
Locate your connected TactSuit Pro.Check the Button Lock setting.
If it is set to “Keep Locked,” the front button will not work.
Switch it back to “None” to restore front button functionality.
Verify the change.
After disabling Button Lock, test the front button by pressing and holding it for 2 seconds. It should now turn the device on or off as usual.
