Getting the TactSuit Pro Ready Before First Use

For safety reasons, all bHaptics devices are shipped in sleep mode. Follow the steps below before using your TactSuit Pro for the first time.

Step 1: Charge the Device

Before using the TactSuit Pro for the first time, wake up the device by connecting the included USB Type-C charging cable to the TactSuit and plugging it into a power source. Leave the device charging for a while to ensure it is fully charged before turning it on for the first time.

The TactSuit Pro does not include a power adapter. You can charge it using any AC adapter that meets your region’s safety standards, such as UL-certified (U.S.) or CE-certified (Europe) adapters. You can also charge it using a USB port on your PC or laptop.

⚠️ Using an unauthorized adapter or cable may cause damage to the device, affect performance, or void your warranty. 

Step 2: Turn On the TactSuit Pro

Once the device is charged:

1. Press and hold the power button on either the Front or Back Controller for 2 seconds.

2. The TactSuit will vibrate briefly, and the LED indicator will start blinking blue, indicating that it is in Bluetooth pairing mode.

You’re now ready to connect and start using your TactSuit Pro.
