- Connect the device to the charger overnight, especially if the battery might be fully depleted.
- Try using different charging cables and chargers to determine if the problem lies with the accessories.
- Check the device-charger connection. Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both your device and the charger. Verify that the charger is plugged into a working power source.
- Try a different charger and outlet. Sometimes, the charger may be faulty. Use a different charger that you know works with other devices or plug the charger into a different power outlet.
⚠️ Avoid using any third-party chargers or cables that are not recommended by bHaptics, as they may not be compatible or safe for your device.
If your device still doesn’t charge, please email the bHaptics Support Team a video showing how you connect various charging cables and press the power button. This will help our support team understand the problem and assist you more effectively.
