Cleaning and Storing the TactSuit Pro

For optimal device performance, please follow theses instructions when cleaning or storing the device.

Cleaning

• The TactSuit Pro is an electronic device and must never be washed.

• If the exterior becomes dirty, gently wipe it with a soft cloth or tissue.

• The inner lining can be detached and machine washed using a neutral detergent.

• We recommend replacing the inner mesh lining periodically to maintain the product in hygienic conditions.
• Prevent liquids, small particles, or foreign objects from entering the device. If this happens, stop using it immediately, power it off, disconnect from any power source, and contact the bHaptics Support Team.

Storing

• You can hang the TactSuit Pro to prevent wrinkles, or place it neatly back in its original box.

  • When storing in the box, keep it on a flat surface.

  • Do not fold the vest, as this can damage the internal wires.

• Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Recommended storage temperature: 32 – 75 °F (0 – 24 °C)
  • Recommended humidity: 5 – 30%
• To ensure safety and avoid damage, always store the device out of reach of children and pets.
• If you plan to store the device for more than six months, fully charge the battery before storage. It is also highly recommended to fully charge the battery at least once every six months to prevent permanent battery damage.
