Returning your bHaptics order for a refund

If you would like to return physical products purchased from the bHaptics online shop, please contact the bHaptics Support Team with your Order Number.


Below is a general overview of the main return conditions and process. Please review this information before making a return request. For complete details, refer to the full policy here : Return & Refund Policy.


1. Return Conditions


Only products in their original condition, or products with a confirmed manufacturing defect that are eligible for return, may be refunded.


Return requests must be made within 45 calendar days of receiving the product, and once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped back within 15 days.


The return must include the original packaging and all items and accessories (manuals, cables, Bluetooth dongles, etc.). Any missing items, including free gifts, may result in a deduction from your refund.


2. Eligible Purchase


Only products purchased directly from the official bHaptics online shop are eligible for return. Our return policy does not apply to purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces. If you bought your item elsewhere, please request a return or refund from that seller.


3. Fees and Refunds


  • If you purchased multiple items together as a bundle and do not return all items, the bundle benefits will no longer apply. The refund will be recalculated based on the price of the remaining items without the bundle discount, and the difference will be deducted from the refund.
  • The original shipping fee (for all customers) and any original handling fee (for U.S. customers only) paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a confirmed hardware defect. In such cases, the return shipping fee will be refunded after reviewing the supporting documentation.
  • If the return is caused by customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, failure to collect the package, or not completing customs clearance), the return shipping fee will be deducted, and any additional carrier return fees may also be deducted.
  • If customs destroys or discards the package because the customer did not complete customs clearance and did not request a return to sender, no refund can be issued, as the order does not return to us.


4. Fees and Refunds


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Game keys
  • Damaged or repaired products
  • Customized or personalized items
